These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Raskelod platform, including all content, features, and services made available at flexclaud.shop. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You may not copy, record, screen-capture, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation from Raskelod. Downloading content is only permitted where an explicit download option is provided by the platform.

5.3 User Submissions

If you submit any content to the platform, including comments, feedback, or portfolio work, you grant Raskelod a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your submissions.

6. Payments and Enrolment

6.1 Fees

Certain courses or features require payment. All fees are displayed at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all applicable fees and authorise Raskelod to charge your selected payment method.

6.2 Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy displayed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date and before a substantial portion of the course has been accessed.

6.3 Pricing Changes

Raskelod reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Changes do not affect enrolments that have already been completed and paid for.

Raskelod does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Raskelod does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Educational content is provided for informational and instructional purposes. Raskelod does not guarantee specific outcomes, employment results, or skill acquisition timelines as a result of using the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Raskelod and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if Raskelod has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Raskelod's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to Raskelod in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Raskelod reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the platform, other users, or Raskelod's interests.

11.2 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@flexclaud.shop. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where required under the applicable refund policy.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

12. Modifications to the Platform

Raskelod reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any part thereof.

13. Governing Terms

These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Raskelod with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of Raskelod to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
